## Description

Join Hang Seng Bank Limited as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) in Business Banking. You'll develop, manage, and monitor a portfolio of SME customers, providing them with commercial banking facilities and building strong relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Extend appropriate commercial banking facilities to SME customers

- Meet or exceed Annual Operating Plan (AOP) business targets while managing operating expenses and credit risks

- Maintain close relationships with customers and acquire new relationships through key customers and strategic partners

- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior team members

- Monitor loan book quality and ensure control measures are in place to minimize risk exposure

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Banking, Business Management, Finance, or a related field

- Proven sales and marketing experience in commercial lending, preferably in SME business

- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of competency requirements for regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance

- Strong self-motivation, independence, and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills

- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage

- Professional qualifications like Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) are advantageous
