## Description

We're seeking a motivated Composites Technician to join our team at Multimatic Advanced Manufacturing Technologies. You'll work hands-on to build advanced composite components for high-performance vehicles and motorsport programs.

**Responsibilities:** You'll be hands-on from day one, with all training provided in-house. Your tasks will include:

- Learning to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave

- Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure composite materials

- Building and assembling composite components and substructures

- Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications

- Interpreting lamination and assembly manuals

- Creating master molds and patterns

- Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

- Collaborating with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations

- Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized

- Participating in continuous improvement activities

**Requirements:** You don't need to be an expert, but you should:

- Be comfortable using power tools with training

- Have a willingness to learn how to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions

- Be motivated by problem-solving and hands-on skills

- Have a willingness to learn about composite materials, resins, and adhesives

- Have basic computer skills to enter your timesheet

- Be team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused

- Be passionate about building cool things, especially motorsport-related components
