## Description

We are seeking a Cyber Security professional to join our team in Chennai, India. As a Cyber Security expert, you will play a critical role in protecting our enterprise and SaaS IT assets from potential security threats.

Responsibilities:

- Perform security assessments for enterprise and SaaS IT assets

- Gain understanding of business processes, application architecture, IT infrastructure, and interactions with external entities

- Collaborate with business, application, and supplier teams to conduct in-depth threat assessments using methods such as STRIDE, VAST, and Attack Tree

- Provide subject matter expertise in assessing potential security threats and evaluating security controls to mitigate threats

- Assess the risk of identified threats and determine countermeasures and remediation

- Apply information security policies and industry security standards, such as OWASP, NIST, and CIS

- Follow security governance processes for issue tracking and closure

- Promote awareness of security issues among application teams and business teams through training and awareness programs

- Stay updated on emerging technologies like LLM, ZTNA, and LCNC

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security or a related field

- Experience in handling web application security risks, such as OWASP Top-10

- Knowledge of threat modeling methodologies, such as STRIDE, VAST, and Attack Tree

- Knowledge of security assessment, risk management processes, and cyber security threats

- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills

- Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML, Zero Trust, and LCNC

Preferred Qualifications:

- Cyber security certifications like CISSP, OSCP, CEH, Pentest+

- Knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST CSF and ISO27001
