## Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Financial Systems Lead to join their team. The successful candidate will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

The Financial Systems Lead will be part of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program, responsible for unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform.

Key responsibilities include:

- Analyze Finance business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA and Finance system solutions

- Support and enhance SAP Finance capabilities including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Financial Closing, and Reporting

- Partner with Solution Architects, SAP teams, developers, and business stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives

- Lead/support SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases, and production deployments, ensuring solution quality and business readiness

- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution and prevention of recurring issues

The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field

- 10-14 years of experience in Finance Systems, Business Systems Analysis, ERP, or enterprise IT, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP ERP

- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Financial Closing, and Reporting

- Experience with SAP integrations across MM, SD, Procurement, and third-party/enterprise applications
