## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You'll be working early mornings, Monday 04:00 - 08:00 and Saturday 04:00 - 12:45. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver five-star service at pace and meet strong customer demand head-on

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to our customers

- Utilise our digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment and work across various areas of the store

- Digitally confident and able to use digital tools

- Resilient and committed brand ambassador

- Able to work in a high-pressure environment

- Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands
