## Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our established team at Omnes Healthcare Limited, a growing organisation delivering NHS Primary and Secondary Care services. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role within the GP Practice team, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

**Main Duties:**

- Perform phlebotomy, B12 injections, and flu vaccinations

- Record observations such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, height, weight, and BMI calculations

- Conduct procedures like blood pressure monitoring, new patient checks, and basic clinical observations

- Undertake tasks delegated by clinical and management staff

- Support the practice with ordering supplies and equipment, and assist in the sterilisation and preparation of equipment

- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

- Work collaboratively to support smooth clinical operations

**Requirements:**

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

- Basic computer skills and ability to use practice software

- Demonstrates an understanding of general practice workflows

- Ability to work professionally, sensitively, and empathetically
