## Description

Capgemini, a global leader in digital transformation and insurance technology consulting, is seeking a Guidewire Jutro Specialist to drive innovative digital experience solutions for top-tier insurers.

As a key technical expert, you will design and implement scalable UI components, micro frontends, and API-driven solutions that integrate seamlessly with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

Responsibilities include:

- Designing and implementing digital applications using Guidewire Jutro

- Creating modern, responsive UI/UX components for policyholders and agents

- Ensuring API-first architecture and integration with Guidewire Cloud, Guidewire Digital, and third-party InsurTech solutions

- Implementing headless and microservices-based digital experiences

- Collaborating with business, technology, and design teams to deliver omnichannel customer experiences

- Optimizing application performance, security, and accessibility

- Advising clients on best practices for Jutro adoption, cloud enablement, and omnichannel customer experiences

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience with Guidewire Jutro and Guidewire Digital solutions

- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, GraphQL, and front-end frameworks

- Experience integrating Guidewire's PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter through APIs

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture

Preferred qualifications:

- Guidewire Certified Specialist – Jutro/Digital

- Cloud Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps best practices
