## Description

The Reporting Officer will support the operational and reporting functions of One Health Lewisham. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, producing clear and reliable reports, and supporting administrative processes.

Main duties of the job:

- Perform accurate data entry and data cleaning to ensure consistency across systems

- Build and maintain Excel-based reports using pivot tables, formulas, filters, and visual charts

- Assist in the production and distribution of regular performance and operational reports

- Gather and consolidate data from various sources for reporting purposes

- Maintain and update data within reporting databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity

- Conduct searches and extract data from EMIS or similar cloud-based platforms

- Collaborate with different units and teams to gather information and ensure the effective dissemination of reports

- Work independently while proactively seeking clarification when needed

- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth service operations

- Ensure reports adhere to relevant regulatory standards

The post is part-time, 30 hours per week, with a fixed-term duration of 8 months. The salary is £26,578.80 per year.
