Your Daily Impact at Peloton:

- Engage with various traffic in our retail stores, starting conversations with anyone who shows interest

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through high-touch, face-to-face consultations and product demonstrations

- Drive individual sales results by treating every showroom visitor as a VIP

- Maximize sales through personalized service, deep product storytelling, and maintaining a premium showroom environment

- Proactively manage your 'book of business' using Salesforce to track lead preferences, follow up on trials, and convert prospects into sales

- Execute strategic phone and email outreach to new leads and existing members

- Act as a subject matter expert on Peloton's evolving software, boutique apparel, and diverse fitness content

- Work seamlessly with your team to ensure every visitor receives a world-class experience

You Bring to Peloton:

- Significant experience in a face-to-face retail or hospitality environment, preferably in fitness, wellness, technology, or premium lifestyle brands

- An entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales goals

- An enthusiastic, engaging, and polished demeanor

- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and the Peloton mission

- The commitment to work a flexible schedule that includes mandatory weekend hours, nights, and holidays

- Proficiency with Apple products and MS Office, with experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms being highly preferred
