We're looking for a Client Relationship Officer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. This is not a call centre role, but a client support position focused on analysis, advice, and case follow-up.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide clear information on guarantees and procedures

- Collect, analyse, and update claim information

- Ensure professional and humane treatment of requests

- Guarantee a qualitative and personalised client experience

**Profile**

- Strong relational skills and sense of service

- Excellent command of French (written and spoken)

- Good communication skills (written and verbal)

- Analytical and organisational abilities

- Comfortable with computer tools

- Experience in insurance or customer relations is a plus, but not required

**Remuneration & Benefits**

- €14,500 gross per year on 14 months

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

- Meal allowance: €10 per working day

- Health insurance

- 23 days of annual leave

- Teleworking (after training, 3 days a week)
