## Description

Join Neo Financial, a rapidly scaling fintech company, as a District Sales Manager in Vancouver. You will lead a team of up to six Store Managers across multiple mall locations, focusing on profitability, sales performance, and operational excellence.

**The Role** As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Driving district profitability and achieving key performance indicators

- Optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and implementing performance management practices

- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing Store Managers

- Leading sales training initiatives and ensuring operational excellence

- Managing your own schedule to travel between mall locations and supporting Store Managers

**Requirements**

- 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience, preferably in door-to-door, mobile sales, or financial product sales

- 7+ years of proven management and leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams of 10 or more individuals

- High level of training and coaching proficiency, with experience developing and delivering effective sales training programs

- Strong network of high-performing sales representatives

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
