## Description

We are seeking a Maintenance & Operations Technician to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Maintenance & Operations Technician, you will be responsible for conducting daily inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance for building facilities, including electrical, HVAC, fire services, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance for building facilities

- Execute the 52-week Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule and promptly resolve reactive work orders

- Manage emergency repairs and develop contingency plans for unexpected facility issues

- Assist Engineering Manager / Engineering Director in supervising, training, and assigning daily tasks to the technician team

- Support engineering projects by monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors, and tracking project expenditures

- Evaluate existing systems and propose building improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability

- Prepare regular maintenance and progress reports for management, tenants, and landlord representatives

- Maintain smooth communication with all stakeholders to ensure high-quality facility operations.

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above from any recognized tertiary education institution in Hong Kong in a relevant discipline

- At least 3 years of comparable supervisory experience in facilities or building management

- Registered Electrical Worker (REW)

- Good in English and Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese), with the ability to write reports in both languages

- Proactive, self-motivated, polite, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
