## Description

As a HR Officer, you will provide a customer-focused HR service, delivering generalist HR advice, administrative support, and comprehensive case management across your allocated portfolio.

Working closely with HR Advisors and line managers, you will support a range of people-related matters, including attendance management, employee relations, onboarding, and workforce data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing advice and supporting managers, officers, and staff.

- Support line managers with attendance and capability matters, including formal and informal meetings, case reviews, and sickness management.

- Maintain accurate and timely employee records across Force systems.

- Collate and analyse HR data, performance indicators, and management information.

The People Services function plays a vital role in supporting West Midlands Police to deliver its People Strategy, ensuring officers and staff are supported to perform effectively and provide the best possible service to our communities.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, in a hybrid arrangement.
