## Description

We are Swiggy Dineout, building India's largest dining out platform with over 100M diners across 21,000 restaurants in 34 cities. You will be part of a team that's changing the way India dines out.

**Role Summary** As an Account Manager, you will onboard and build relationships with 70-80 partner accounts in your territory to grow the Dine-out business and service offerings, generating 80-90 lacs Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) per month.

**Responsibilities**

- Onboard new accounts by explaining requirements to partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders

- Meet existing partners periodically to ensure Restaurant Display Page (RDP) content is correct and image coverage is high

- Make persuasive presentations on the benefits of Dine Out plans and promotions for month-on-month growth

- Execute growth-forward activities such as offer alignments and marketing operations alignments

- Resolve issues like 'diner denied payout' and ensure seamless transactions for customers and partners

- Prepare growth plans for each account and gather competitor action insights

**Data Interpretation & Business Performance Management**

- Filter relevant data from the Restaurant-facing dashboard and explain key performance metrics to partners

- Seek necessary support or actions from partners to ensure the right RDP view

- Stay updated on partner investments in competition and ensure partner investments are equal or higher than competition

**Interaction with Stakeholders**

- Interact with partner support, sales operations, and finance teams

**Functional Competencies**

- Understand Dine Out offerings and growth levers

- Knowledge of basic metrics such as operating hours of restaurants, ADs revenue per order, Commission Revenue per order

- Elements of data dashboards such as CMS/PowerBi/Compass/Salesmate

- Understanding of Conversion Funnel - Advanced Level

**QUALIFICATIONS**

- Graduate with 1.5-3 years of field sales experience

- Fluency in local language and working knowledge of English

- Good working knowledge and experience of e-commerce activities and online marketing channels

- Confident, pleasing, and a go-getter personality

- Effective communication skills

- Analytical, good Excel skills
