## Description

Join the M&S Café team in Forestside Shopping Centre as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll work part-time, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods, providing excellent customer service, and making great food and drink recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing warm, five-star service while handling pace and pressure

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs

The working pattern is:

- Sunday: 14:00-18:00

- Friday: 14:00-18:00

- Saturday: 14:00-18:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
