## Description

We’re Workday, a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents. Our Success Plans Team helps customers unlock the full power of Workday. As a Support Model & Governance Consultant, you will assist customers with strategic advice on designing and optimizing their support teams, processes, and governance models.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic advisory consulting services to customers

- Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements

- Ensure customers are aware of related Workday Success Plan offerings

- Participate in training and other events to share knowledge with other consultants

- Keep up to date with industry practices

Requirements:

- 7+ years of leading support and post-production governance programs for HR or Financials technology

- Experience with Workday products as a user or consultant

- Functional expertise in HCM, Financials, and/or Supply Chain

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

- Innovative problem solver with excellent communication skills
