## Description

We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Wuppertal, Germany. As a Private Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice to private customers through various digital channels, including telephone, video consultation, co-browsing, and email.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing demand-driven advice to private customers on topics such as accounts, services, personal loans, and precautionary products

- Managing a pool of customers, acquiring new customers for the digital, omnichannel private customer segment, and continuously developing customer relationships

- Identifying needs through the use of standardized consulting processes and referring customers to specialized areas when necessary

- Conducting conclusion-oriented and high-quality advisory conversations

- Actively contributing to the team, promoting the advisory performance of colleagues, and sharing expertise in a motivating manner

- Supporting RBC executives in the induction of new employees and assuming representative tasks in daily control

Requirements:

- Banking business training or comparable qualification

- Good knowledge of the product range for private customers

- Sales skills and enjoyment in contact with customers

- Open and communicative personality, willing to work in teams

- High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop expertise

- Routine in handling PC and software applications
