Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives.

Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.

**Your Responsibilities as a Certified Hand Therapist**

- Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities

- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome

- Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members

- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

**Qualifications**

- Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program

- State Licence

- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

**Compensation & Bonus Structure**

- **Base Salary**: $80,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)

- **Monthly Incentive Bonuses** for exceeding daily visit thresholds

- **Sign-On Bonus**: Up to $10,000 available in select locations!
