## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Silverlink Newcastle store. As a Christmas temporary role, you will be working part-time hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 08:30 to 12:30. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be at the frontline of our retail operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will be expected to:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure environments

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

In this role, you will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador, taking pride in your knowledge of M&S Food products and striving to make every customer interaction special.
