## Description

Asana's Corporate Strategy team drives clarity and focus in Asana's long-range growth strategy. You will provide direct consulting support to our C-suite, handle high-priority work from our CEO, and apply a BizOps lens to build more rigor around how we run the business, including MBRs.

Responsibilities:

- New Product Incubation (NPI) & Investment: Lead market analysis to support "big bets," shape M&A strategy, and develop rigorous investment evaluation frameworks.

- Commercial Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams to set our product portfolio up for success.

- Long-Range Planning: Drive H2/H3 planning efforts to ensure sustainable growth.

- Strategic Threat & Opportunity Analysis: Evaluate existential threats and market opportunities.

- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities.

- Operating Model and Org Design: Architect the organizational design and internal operating models.

- Special Projects: Lead bespoke analyses for high-priority initiatives.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive alignment across Product, Finance, and GTM teams.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in corporate, product, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS company.

- Strong analytical and cross-functional skills.

- Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
