## Description

As the IMC Gaming Marketing Manager at Logitech G, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies centered around gaming ecosystem partnerships and community-driven initiatives.

This role focuses on deepening Logitech G’s engagement with players through strategic alliances with game developers, esports organizations, and content platforms, while elevating brand loyalty via immersive offline experiences and flagship fan events.

The role requires identifying market opportunities, managing product introductions, and driving consumer engagement across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing marketing plans aligned with local and global priorities.

- Building, scaling, and actively engaging the Logitech G fan community.

- Leading the strategy and execution of fan experience and innovate offline activations to create memorable, hands-on brand interactions.

- Developing and managing end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, synchronizing all channels and partnerships, while tracking performance KPIs to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

- Driving implementation and execution of marketing campaigns with agencies and teams.

Your qualifications and skills include:

- A minimum of 5-10 years in gaming marketing, with a proven track record in managing gaming/entertainment partnerships, esports initiatives, or large-scale fan events.

- Strong understanding of local retail markets and consumer marketing.

- Expertise in partnership negotiation, event management, and community growth strategies.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Solid presentation and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key partners.
