## Description

We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Lacey, WA.

**Job Summary:** As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.

**Responsibilities:**

- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans

- Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy

- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care

**Requirements:**

- A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

- A current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Washington

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
