## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking an EA Sports FC Player Experience Analyst to join the FC Quality Verification team. This role involves driving critical activities to create an optimal player experience and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders across production and development teams.

Responsibilities:

- Create data-driven insights, reports, and presentations to showcase trends and player sentiment.

- Promote game and experiential quality across FC by applying 'the voice of the player'.

- Advocate for 'the voice of the player' by bridging FC Live Platform Quality Verification with partners.

- Promote improvements across functional quality, focusing on experiential quality.

- Monitor internal communication channels, public discussion forums, and social media platforms to identify player-affecting issues and collect player feedback.

- Coordinate with Production to prioritize recurring player feedback effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Quality Assurance.

- 4+ years of experience with testing and defect tracking software, preferably Jira.

- 4+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

- Ability to synthesize community feedback and player sentiment into clear, relevant insights.

- 2+ years of experience writing reports and providing updates to stakeholders.

- Knowledge of gaming consoles and their systems.

- Experience using collaboration tools, preferably Confluence, Miro, and Slack.

- Experience working across different time zones and international teams.

- Understanding of football tactics and in-game strategies.

- A genuine love for football as a fan, player, referee, gamer, or coach.
