Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

As a Customer Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, recommend and sell our newest food products, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products

- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment

Requirements:

- Down-to-earth and able to thrive under pressure

- Passionate about M&S Food products

- Digitally confident

- Able to work flexibly

Working hours:

- Sunday: 10:00-14:00

- Monday: 08:00-12:00

- Tuesday: 08:00-12:00

- Wednesday: 08:00-12:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
