## Description

We are seeking experienced Chefs to join our team at Sodexo, a global food and facilities management company. As a Chef with FIFO (Fly-in Fly-out) from Brisbane, you will enjoy a 14 days on, 7 days off roster, with 11 hours per shift, and a salary from $87,000 per year.

Your role goes beyond the kitchen,you're a vital part of resident wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing meals for breakfast, dinner, crib, and pastries in a mass-catering environment.

- Demonstrating expertise in bulk cooking, particularly in remote site environments.

- Showing strong leadership and organisational skills, combined with HACCP expertise.

- Providing exceptional customer service with a strong team-oriented mindset.

To qualify, you'll need:

- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or full Australian working rights.

- Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

- Proven experience in mass-catering environments.

- A passion for driving high-quality culinary experiences.
