## Description

The Infrastructure Field Engineer (Consultant) will support the implementation of activities within various projects focused on the repairs, reconstruction, overhaul, or construction of selected infrastructure objects.

The project 'Hromada Reconstruction and Empowerment Facility' (HREF) aims to improve the economic independence and living conditions of internally displaced persons and population groups affected by conflict.

The Consultant will be responsible for:

- Conducting field visits to assess and document repair requirements

- Preparing scope of required works, monitoring repairs and rehabilitations of selected buildings

- Assisting with procurement processes and reviewing construction-related procurement documents

- Conducting quality, timeline, and cost control and documenting progress of works on-site

- Monitoring implementation of construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety measures and donor visibility requirements

- Supporting administrative coordination of project implementation

- Ensuring proper filing of documents according to data protection and confidentiality protocols

- Adhering to IOM's policy on the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA)

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture from an accredited academic institution with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience

- Experience in construction engineering and contract management

- Experience in technical supervision of construction/reconstruction/overhaul projects

- Experience in planning and implementation of civil design construction

- Fluency in Ukrainian is required, working knowledge of English is an advantage
