As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you'll play a meaningful role within the company, providing exceptional customer service, performing various tasks, and supporting the team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues

- Focus on customers by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help when needed

- Accurately perform cashier duties, handle transactions, and follow company policies

- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information

- Support opening and closing store activities, provide customer support to various departments, and assist pharmacy personnel when needed

- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs

**Requirements:**

- At least 16 years of age

- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and have close visual acuity

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting

**Education:**

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Schedule and Pay:**

- Anticipated weekly hours: 29

- Time type: Part-time

- Pay range: $18.21 - $25.21
