Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Gloucester Eastgate. As a frontline role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and support sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Maintain knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various store areas

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues

Requirements:

- Digital confidence, with ability to use in-store devices

- Resilience and commitment to delivering excellent service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings

Working Pattern:

- Monday: 05:00-09:00

- Tuesday: 05:00-09:00

- Saturday: 05:00-09:00

Additional Information:

- This is a part-time, Christmas-only role

- Successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Applicants must be 18 years or older due to health and safety legislation
