## Description

We are seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Infusion department at LDS Hospital.

As a professional caregiver, you will assume responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients.

**Position Details**

- Full Time, Days

- Infusion at LDS Hospital

- Four 9-hour shifts per week

- 1 weekend shift every three weeks from 07:30 - 11:30

- 3 holidays per year required

**Essential Functions**

- Assess: Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological status.

- Plan: Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

- Implement: Direct and coordinate care delivery through effective delegation and resource management.

- Evaluate: Continuously evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise plans of care as needed.

- Professionalism: Uphold the integrity of the nursing profession and adhere to regulatory standards.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Current RN license in the state of practice.

- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).

- >1 year of licensed RN experience.

**Physical Requirements**

- Visual acuity to read information and operate monitors.

- Effective communication skills for interactions with patients and healthcare providers.

- Manual dexterity for manipulating equipment and performing tasks.

- Physical stamina for lifting, transferring patients, and navigating work environments.
