We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organisation, where you will be provided with full training on the job and the opportunity to gain industry recognised qualifications.

**About the role:** As an Insurance Advisor, you will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships as it's essential that we get to know our clients and understand their requirements. You will utilise your problem-solving skills to come up with tailored solutions for our unique clients. No prior experience is necessary, as we offer on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support through industry qualifications.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build relationships with clients and understand their requirements

- Develop tailored solutions for clients using your problem-solving skills

- Provide expert advice on insurance products
