## Description

We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Ansbach. As a Customer Consultant, you will provide demand-oriented advice on our comprehensive range of financial products and build sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide independent, needs-based advice on financial products

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

- Take responsibility for customer care in your branch

- Collaborate closely and trustfully with your branch team

- Organise your workday independently and be a competent contact person for customers on financial matters

**Requirements:**

- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds

- Successful commercial training, ideally as a bank clerk, or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales

- Quereinsteiger with a passion for working with people are welcome

- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions

- Strong interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
