## Description

As a Software Implementation Consultant, Financial, you will act as the principal liaison with customers to implement best practices and drive optimized business outcomes in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead a detailed business discovery and develop recommendations to execute a delivery approach that drives outcomes and value

- Translate technical requirements and execute system configuration setup

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by utilizing excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong partnerships to develop implementation approaches

- Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation plans

- Proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues, risks, and delays to ensure an exceptional customer experience

- Lead, influence, advise, and support customer change management strategies

- Develop and maintain expertise and knowledge in multiple product offerings

- Travel to customer on-site locations to lead and direct meetings and presentations

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in accounting or technology preferred

- Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and enthusiasm for exploring and experimenting with AI

- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Healthcare industry experience preferred

- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

- Consulting experience in software implementation, workflow analysis, and measuring business outcomes

- Multi-resource project team experience balancing milestones and objectives efficiently and on time

- Proven ability to take accountability for a project, demonstrating initiative, and delivering on commitments

- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solution value
