As our Digital business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help our clients solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes through technology.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead discovery, analysis, and requirements activities across complex digital and technology-enabled initiatives. Partnering closely with clients, stakeholders, architects, developers, and designers, you'll help shape digital solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned to business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder engagement activities, and requirements gathering sessions.

- Translate business challenges and user needs into actionable solution requirements.

- Develop business cases, future-state processes, service experiences, and operating models.

- Analyse systems, integrations, APIs, data flows, and business rules to support solution design.

- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including process maps, user journeys, requirements specifications, and service blueprints.

- Support agile delivery through prioritisation, backlog management, and scope definition.

- Apply AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery outcomes.

- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development, proposals, and work-winning activities.

- Help strengthen capability across the Digital practice through mentoring, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- Strong senior BA experience in software development environments.

- Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, clarify ambiguous problems, and challenge stakeholder assumptions.

- Strong client-facing consulting skills.

- Technically fluent enough to work closely with developers and architects across APIs, integrations, data flows, system behaviour, security, and non-functional requirements.

- Demonstrated ownership and initiative.

- Comfortable supporting or leading smaller engagements.

- Strong written and verbal communication.

- Practical, current use of AI to accelerate analysis and delivery.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Previous software engineering, technical delivery, or solution-analysis background.

- Consulting/professional-services experience across multiple clients or domains.

- Experience leading discovery through to implementation.

- Ability to coach or guide junior BAs.
