## Description

NVIDIA is seeking an Engineering Product Manager to develop products for AI, high performance computing, and other datacenter markets.

As an Engineering Product Manager, you will collaborate with senior leaders to develop product strategies and development plans for datacenter products and power solutions. You will own programs from concept and design through bring-up, validation, and mass production.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging with JDM partners as an extension of the engineering team to achieve the highest levels of product performance and quality

- Developing, supervising, and refining product execution plans, including staffing, schedules, and contingencies

- Continually identifying and communicating the most critical priorities on the project

- Championing excellence and continuous process improvement, including automation and corrective actions

Requirements:

- 10+ years of overall experience with 5 years of leadership experience within the industry

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Clear understanding of technical and logistic challenges that need to be met to deliver industry-leading power solutions or server platforms

- Ability to empower and lead a multi-functional team to tackle sophisticated System/HW/SW integration challenges

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, organisational capabilities, and collaborative and interpersonal skills

NVIDIA offers a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range is $168,000 - $258,750 for Level 4 and $200,000 - $322,000 for Level 5.
