## Description

The Engineering team drives the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of business and technology solutions. The team partners with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to provide technical leadership, accelerate delivery, ensure solution quality, and enable scalable, maintainable platforms that support organizational goals.

You will contribute to configuration, development, and support work, growing toward independent ownership of well-defined scope. Your responsibilities include:

- Applying defined designs and contributing to impact analysis within a bounded, well-understood scope

- Building and testing configuration, rules, and simple integrations, and delivering reliably against sprint commitments

- Learning through mentorship and code review, and participating in technical discussions

- Assisting in triage and deployment activities under guidance, and following established operational standards

- Communicating at the task level, clarifying requirements within assigned work

- Focusing on self-growth and sharing learnings with peers
