## Description

Join the M&S Café team in Newtownbreda as a Christmas Customer Assistant, working part-time hours on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 18:00 to 22:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a hands-on, high-pressure role, you'll handle pace, stay calm under pressure, and deliver warm, five-star service. You'll be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Taking and fulfilling orders efficiently using digital tools

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Juggling orders and queues effectively

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs

In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, efficient, and effective. Teamwork and flexibility are vital, and you'll be expected to work where needed with pace.
