## Description

AIA Digital+ is seeking an intern to support the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.

**Responsibilities:**

- Business Analysis:

- Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements.

- Support in preparing functional specifications, user stories and process flows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.

- Help analyse gaps between business needs and system capabilities.

- Participate in requirement review sessions and workshops.

- System Integration Testing (SIT):

- Assist in creating SIT test scenarios, test cases and test data.

- Execute SIT test cases and document test results.

- Identify, log and track defects using Azure DevOps tool.

- Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes.

- Support regression testing and ensure system stability.

- Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain up-to-date documentation for requirements and test artifacts.

- Prepare basic reports on test progress, defects and issues.

- Ensure proper version control and traceability between requirements and test cases.

**Requirements:**

- Education:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Information Systems / Computer Science/Business Administration / Business Analytics/Software Engineering or related fields.

- Candidates should be in their final semester of study.

- Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Basic knowledge of testing concepts (SIT, UAT, defect lifecycle).

- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

- Good communication skills (written and verbal).

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Nice-to-Have:**

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Experience with process flow tools (e.g., Visio).
