## Description

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Transportation Analyst to join the Boeing Licensed Transportation Team located in Seattle, Washington.

The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing historical data, logistics performance, and trends to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop leadership presentations based on metrics to show Boeing performance

- Conduct routine meetings for management and other leadership

- Assist in the management of processes for Boeing Licensed Transportation Drivers, including:

- Overseeing the Port of Seattle badging process

- Participating in the driver hiring process

- Coordinating recognition events

- Analyse historical data, logistics performance, and trends to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

- Develop and maintain written processes and materials

- Serve as backup for Department of Transportation (DOT) Analyst, including:

- Interfacing with management at all locations to ensure regulatory compliance throughout The Boeing Company

- Providing management with visibility of compliance or non-compliance of company policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State Department of Transportation regulations

- Obtaining oversize permits

- Performing Teamster Job Bidding process

- Coordinating classes for required internal and external trainings

- Provide administrative support, such as ordering supplies and materials, to ensure that management and drivers have resources needed to perform their duties effectively

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in performing data analysis

- 5+ years of experience in a role that required problem-solving and analytical skills

- 3+ years of experience interacting with business partners and customers

- 3+ years of experience creating PowerPoint decks and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership, Management to Director level

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with tools including Excel and Tableau, including advanced features such as VBA and Macros, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

- 3+ years of experience working with CDL drivers and analysing transportation data

- 3+ years of Project Management experience

**Salary:** $87,550 - $118,450
