## Description

We're seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead the end-to-end portfolio management lifecycle for our general insurance products.

As a Portfolio Manager, you will drive innovative, customer-centric solutions that balance growth, profitability, and risk management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the underwriting performance of assigned business lines, balancing business growth, portfolio quality, and profitability.

- Support the formulation of underwriting strategies, pricing controls, risk appetite, and portfolio management initiatives.

- Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent underwriting services while meeting agreed service standards, productivity targets, and customer expectations.

- Drive product development, enhancement, and digital transformation projects, collaborating with distribution, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulatory and internal governance requirements.

- Provide strategic and end-to-end leadership in managing assigned general insurance products.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Business Administration.

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in underwriting, product development, or project management, including at least 5 years in management roles.

- Proven track record in driving profitable portfolio growth.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Fluency in English and Chinese.

- Relevant license required for regulated activities.
