## Responsibilities

- Assist experienced plumbing technicians on job sites by gathering tools, delivering parts, and supporting daily service operations.

- Work in the warehouse to learn plumbing parts, tools, equipment, inventory, and company procedures.

- Participate in hands-on training, online technical courses, and ride-alongs with licensed plumbing technicians.

- Learn the fundamentals of residential plumbing, including tools, materials, equipment, and service procedures.

- Support technicians in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

- Assist with daily operational tasks and collaborate with team members to keep jobs running smoothly.

- Cross-train on the dispatch desk and other operational functions as needed.

- Take initiative, ask questions, and actively develop new skills through training and on-the-job experience.

- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to learning and growing within the plumbing trade.

## Requirements

- No prior plumbing experience required , we’re looking for individuals with the right attitude and a desire to learn.

- A strong interest in pursuing a career in plumbing or another skilled trade.

- Hardworking, motivated, and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed.

- Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and the ability to follow instructions.

- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong time-management skills.

- Willingness to take ownership of tasks, learn new skills, and go above and beyond daily responsibilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Flexibility to assist with warehouse operations, job-site support, and dispatch duties as needed.

- Willingness and ability to work overtime when necessary.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred.

- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, delivery driving, automotive, dispatch, data entry, or customer service is a plus.
