## Description

We are seeking a Service Engineer to build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements

- Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify and resolve potential issues

- Develop and implement automated tasks and processes to improve efficiency

- Implement secure configurations and measures to protect infrastructure against cyber-attacks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IT infrastructure requirements and devise solutions

- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations

Requirements:

- Administrating Microsoft Azure & M365 platform services

- Administration of large-scale email platforms

- Message hygiene understanding (SPF / DMARC / DKIM)

- Good experience with messaging products (Proof Point / MDO / MDE / Exchange Hybrid Mode Setup)

- Understanding of AD group and access management

- Knowledge of Security & Compliance centre, Azure Graph API & M365

- Hands-on knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in a service operations environment

- Powershell scripting capability, SQL queries, KQL queries

Preferred Skills:

- Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900, SC-300 & AZ-900, MS-102, 103)

- Experience creating, testing, and managing Conditional Access policies

- Experience with Global Relay / Proof Point email hygiene

- Demonstrable experience managing MDO
