We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Data Modernization journey in Capital One Small Business Bank. In this role, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for enabling the next generation of data-driven personalized experiences and business use cases.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria

- Break down business epics into features and further into user stories

- Demonstrate a growth mindset and effectively use hypothesis-driven assessment of data

- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps

- Work autonomously in an agile environment

- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts

- Deliver well-managed product platforms for customers

- Articulate a succinct product roadmap to deliver business value

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or military experience

- At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

- Intellectually curious, communicator & influencer, do-er, passionate & customer-focused, learner, and team player

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- Experience with data flows built on modern data environments

- New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400

- Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400
