## Description

We are seeking a Porter to join our team at The Beardwood Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.

The role involves undertaking a range of general and ad hoc tasks, including:

- Moving patients, equipment, and goods around the hospital

- Explaining hospital facilities and services to patients and family members

- Providing a courteous service to internal and external customers

- Ensuring patient comfort and dignity are always maintained

- Providing security for the facility as required

- Complying with all relevant mandatory training

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Frontline customer-facing experience

- Previous portering experience in a healthcare, hotel, or hospitality setting (beneficial)

- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence

- Proficiency in the use of a PC, including software and systems
