## Description

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, offering various services such as food delivery, financial management, and transportation. The Communications Lead will manage the company's perception among government stakeholders and the public in Vietnam.

The role spans corporate and policy communications, and you will have experience developing communications strategies that intersect with local regulatory policies, community issues, and the company's business goals. You will have a strong understanding of the media landscape in Vietnam and build relationships with key contacts pivotal for the business.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated comms plans to gain public influence and position Grab as Vietnam's leading super app

- Lead comms for projects spanning corporate actions, business partnerships, and regulatory advocacy

- Provide strategic communications counsel to senior internal business leaders

- Understand the regulatory landscape and manage responses to issues or crises

- Manage media and KOL programmes and build strong working relationships

- Lead the communications team in Vietnam to achieve OKRs and manage their career development

- Analyse metrics to determine the output and value of PR results

Requirements:

- 12-15 years of experience in corporate reputation management, policy communications, crisis management, media relations, integrated communications, and data storytelling

- Experience managing teams and diverse cross-functional stakeholder relations

- Self-starter with excellent writing skills in Vietnamese and English, strong project management, and result-oriented
