## Description

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives that align with sales priorities and accelerate pipeline growth. This role combines strategic expertise with hands-on execution of integrated events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement regional field marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Execute integrated events that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.

- Monitor and report on event performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

- Partner with Sales to ensure seamless lead management and follow-up.

- Manage budgets and timelines for regional marketing programs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 3-6 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing.

- Proven success in designing and executing integrated programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.

- Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and functions.

- Proficiency in English; bilingual in English and French preferred for regional engagement in Canada.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
