## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

**Work Pattern:** Wednesday: 4pm to 10pm Thursday: 4pm to 10pm Friday: 4pm to 10pm Saturday: 4pm to 10pm

**Christmas Period:** Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, staying focused and composed under stress

- Digital confidence, with experience using digital tools and technology

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and tasks
