Since we don’t have a local legal entity, we’ve partnered with Capgemini, which acts as the Employer of Record. Capgemini is responsible for managing local payroll and benefits.

**Responsibilities**

- Participate within the PaPM team, supporting and reviewing enhancements to the project

- Provide high-level expertise in designing and implementing business applications

- Understand business objectives and how best they can be supported by IT

- Conceptual design of business applications

- Review and validate technical designs for business applications provided by suppliers

- Perform quality review checks on project deliverables

- Validate supplier estimates

- Perform impact analysis of application changes across various components

- Estimate Rough Order of Magnitude to implement new application functionality

- Support implementation activities, as required

- Recommend integration and parallel testing criteria

- Review and validate detailed technical designs for business applications provided by suppliers to ensure alignment with business requirements

- Act as liaison between Business and IT, as assigned

- Support users in building Business Cases, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and high-level plans

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of experience working with SAP ABAP

- Experience working with PaPM within SAP

- Strong background experience working with SQL

- Experience working with S/4 HANA
