## Description

As the Senior Manager of GTM Business Architecture at Twilio, you will serve as the engine room for how Twilio's revenue processes scale.

You will act as the Domain Owner for specific GTM workflows, serving as the primary bridge between the Field and Enterprise Tech.

Your mission is to translate macro commercial strategies into high-fidelity, actionable business blueprints.

Responsibilities:

- Domain Ownership & Process Design: Act as the strategic owner for specific segments of the GTM lifecycle.

- Requirements Governance: Author high-fidelity Business Requirement Documents.

- Strategic Intake Triage: Evaluate and rank inbound field requests.

- UAT & Defect Governance: Lead the User Acceptance Testing framework.

- The Closed-Loop Feedback Engine: Partner with Enablement and Data Analytics to track downstream adoption.

- GTM AI Execution: Support the deployment of the GTM AI roadmap.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Maintain strict operational boundaries.

Qualifications:

- Strategic Mindset with Consulting & Technical Depth: 7+ years of experience within a management consulting firm.

- The 'Technical Translator': Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

- Systems Fluency: Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated GTM tools.

- Think Like a Seller: Proven ability to empathize with the Field.

- Process Rigor: Deep experience building structured artifacts.

- The 'Driver' Persona: You don't wait for permission.

- Scale Mindset: You build for where the Twilio Revenue Engine will be in 2 years.

Location: Remote - US

This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation:

- Estimated pay ranges: $155,520 - $194,400 (Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, Washington D.C.)

- $164,640 - $205,800 (New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California)

- $182,960 - $228,700 (San Francisco Bay area, California)
