## Description

Anthropic is growing rapidly across EMEA and needs a Recruiter to join its Talent team in London. The successful candidate will own full-cycle recruiting for General Administration (G&A) functions or Go-To-Market (GTM) organization roles.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements, building pipelines, and delivering a candidate experience reflecting Anthropic's values. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM hiring, a track record of closing strong candidates, and familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A or GTM roles across EMEA

- Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and build effective sourcing strategies

- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates

- Running structured interview processes

- Managing candidates through the process

- Collaborating with the broader Talent team

- Using data to track pipeline health

The annual compensation range for this role is £105,000.

## Requirements

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM hiring

- Comfort operating with ambiguity

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company

- Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions

- Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets

- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms

- Additional European language skills
