## Description

WSP is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager for its Honolulu, HI office. The successful candidate will lead design projects for Federal clients, including the US Army Corps of Engineers, Missile Defense Agency, and Navy Facilities Command.

**Your Impact**

- Lead teams in developing project design packages, defining scope, establishing schedules, and identifying resource requirements.

- Coordinate daily project activities with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors.

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report findings to senior team members.

- Support management of project budgets, track expenses, and review cost estimates.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and project closeout reports.

- Exercise responsible decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct.

**Who You Are**

- 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in project management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

- 5+ years of experience managing Federal design projects for clients such as MDA, USACE, NAVFAC.

- US citizenship is required.

- PE or PMP required.

- Ability to work in person in one of WSP’s offices.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and design/engineering software packages.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
